What We Did

We delivered a comprehensive, top-to-bottom redesign of the Westcliffe House website, focusing on clear user journeys, clean aesthetics, and reassuring accessibility. Navigating addiction support can be overwhelming, so we structured the site to ensure critical information—such as care programmes, CQC compliance, and the admissions process—is easily found within a few clicks.

Built entirely on WordPress, the new platform gives the Westcliffe House team complete control over their content. We integrated custom, full-admin editable features, allowing them to effortlessly update their course offerings, publish news articles, modify team profiles, and manage admission inquiries without needing ongoing technical support. The result is a secure, responsive, and deeply reassuring digital asset that reflects the high level of care they provide offline.
